This is a type of normal abdominal breathing response, which increases the supply of blood supply and nutrition to the body. 2. Morning Amla Drink
Do not keep your stomach empty for a long time after waking up in the morning. According to experts, amla is beneficial in conditions ranging from high blood sugar to low blood sugar.
