1. Bed stretching is necessary
According to experts, waking up in the morning and doing some stretching exercises on the bed helps in keeping the blood sugar level balanced. Stretching exercises include Yastikasana, Pawanmuktasana and Sukta Vakrasana. At the same time, before this you have to do Pranayama which is diaphragmatic breathing. This is a type of normal abdominal breathing response, which increases the supply of blood supply and nutrition to the body. At the same time, it helps in supplying sufficient amount of oxygen in your body.
2. Morning Amla Drink
Do not keep your stomach empty for a long time after waking up in the morning. According to experts, amla is beneficial in conditions ranging from high blood sugar to low blood sugar. In such a situation, consuming a drink made from amla after waking up in the morning will be helpful for you. You have to mix one teaspoon of amla powder and one-fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of lukewarm water and mix it well. And drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
