Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam has demanded sedition charges against Samajwadi Party leader Swami Prasad Maurya. He said, action should be taken against them under the National Security Act (NSA). In fact, the Lucknow Police has registered a case against 10 people including Swami Prasad Maurya for burning copies of Ramcharitmanas.
Expressing his anger on Swami Prasad Maurya, Congress leader Acharya Pramod said, copies of Ramayana are the soul of “Sanatan” and no one can be allowed to burn the soul of any “Dharma” in a secular nation. He is the CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Tagged and wrote, Swami Prasad should be charged with sedition and action should be taken against him under NSA.
