10 dates, dried and seeded
2 teaspoons Ashwagandha powder
1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
white sesame seeds for topping
How to make Ashwagandha truffles
Make a paste by mixing dates and ashwagandha in a blender.
Now roll into small balls. If too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat.

Raw almonds 2 cups
Ashwagandha powder 2 tsp

How to make Ashwagandha almond butter
Add almonds and ashwagandha powder to a blender. Start blending both. Blend till it becomes a smooth paste. This may take 10–30 minutes.
If the almonds seem dry or are not available, you can add a little ghee or coconut oil. Refrigerate in an airtight container.

How to make Ashwagandha tea
