Prepare instant peas casserole with this method


Ghee 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
cloves 5
bay leaf 1
star anise 1
cinnamon 1 inch
black pepper 10
cardamom 3
finely chopped onion 1
1 small green chili chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
green peas 1 cup
Basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes) 1 cup
water 1.5 cup
salt to taste

How to make green peas casserole

First of all, heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin seeds to it.

Now add whole garam masala like cloves, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper and cardamom. Fry till fragrant.

Then add onions and fry till golden.

Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste and fry.

Also add green peas and fry well.

Now add soaked basmati rice for at least 30 minutes and fry it lightly.

Now add 1.5 cups of water. Add 1.5 cups of water to 1 cup of basmati rice.

Add salt as per taste and mix well.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.

After the pressure of the cooker releases, slowly open the cooker.
