For this you need (for 2 people)

Giloy juice – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Ginger – 1 teaspoon
Basil – 6 to 8 leaves
Cloves – 2 to 3


To make a decoction of Giloy and cloves, start heating two glasses of water in a bowl. Now add cloves and ginger to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Finally add basil leaves and let it cook for 5 minutes. You will notice that the water has reduced to half. Now filter it and add lemon juice to it. If needed, add one to two pinches of black salt as well.

Honey – 2 to 3 teaspoons
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons


Heat 3 cups of water in a vessel. Now add coriander seeds and ginger to it and cook for 5 minutes. Add jaggery to it when it cools down a bit and consume it hot.
