APE Act 11अध्याय IV · Primary Education and Its Implementation

धारा 11 · Responsibility of guardian to cause his child to attend school:

It shall be the duty of the guardian of every child to cause the child to attend an approved school unless there is a reasonable cause for his non-attendance within the meaning of Section 12.[Explanation: - For purposes of this section and Section 14, the term "approved school' includes a non-formal education centre.] [Inserted by Act No. 27 of 1987, w.e.f. 1-6-1987.]
