धारा 14 · Punishment for contravention of certain rules

(1)
Any Private Security Agency or the Licence holder who contravenes the provisions of Rule 4 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees in each instance apart from cancellation of licence.(2)
Any private security agency or the Licence holder who contravenes the provisions of Rules 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12(1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees in each instance apart from cancellation of licence.(3)
