धारा 2 · Definitions

(1)

In these rules unless the context otherwise requires -

(a)

"Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003;

(b)

Words and expressions used and not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to safety and Electric supply) Regulation, 2010.
