धारा 35 · Penalties

(1)

If any person infringes the provision of Section 33, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which is not less than one year but may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

(2)

The State Government may, by a rule made under Section 34, attach to the breach of any rule under that section any punishment not exceeding that mentioned in sub-section (1).
