धारा 5 · Protection of rights and privileges conferred by any law or agreement

- Nothing in these rules shall operate to deprive any Government servant of any right or privilege to which he is entitled -

(a)

by or under any law for the time being in force, or

(b)

by the terms of any agreement subsisting between such person

and the Governor at the commencement of these rules.
