धारा 2 · Definitions

- [Section 64(2)(f)] - In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -

(a)

'Act' names the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 (Central Act 52 of 1972);

(b)

'Form' means a form appended to these rules; and

(c)

'State Government' means the Government of the State of Punjab in the Department of Agriculture and Forests.
