धारा 3 · Declaration

- [Section 64(2)(f)] - (1) Every person having, at the commencement of these rules, control, custody or possession of any captive animal, animal article, trophy and uncurred trophy, specified in Part I of Schedule II, Schedule III and Schedule IV appended to the Act, shall within a period of six months from the commencement, declare in Form 'A', to the Chief Wildlife Warden or any officer authorised by the State Government, the number and description of the captive animals, animal articles, trophies and uncured trophies under his control, custody or possession and the place where the same are kept.

(2)

The declaration received after the stipulated period of six months, shall not be entertained.
