धारा 53G · Power to acquire lands:. - (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter or any law for the time being in force or any custom, usage, decree, contract or grant to the contrary, the Government may acquire the lands, the management of which it can assume under the provisions of Section 53-C subject to the payment of the reasonable price payable under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 53-F as compensation

The Government may issue bonds on such terms as may be prescribed in payment of the whole or part of the compensation payable under the provisions of sub-section (1).(3)
The Government shall distribute the lands so acquired in the order laid down in Section 53-E and may collect the price of the land so distributed at such rates as may be prescribed in a lumpsum, or in instalments from the persons to whom the lands are distributed.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
