धारा 95 · Court fees:

- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Hyderabad Court Fees Act (VI of 1324 F.) [every original application, every appeal and every application for revision filed under this Act shall bear a Court Fee Stamp of such value as may be prescribed.] [Represenration by Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1958.]
