धारा 90A · Transfer of appeal or proceeding:

- The Collector may on his own motion or on an application made in this behalf by any part to the proceedings, after due notice to the parties by an order in writing:

(a)

transfer any proceeding or an appeal under this Act pending before a Tahsildar or any other officer subordinate to him to any other officer in the district empowered in this behalf by the Government and the officer to whom the proceeding or appeal is so transferred shall thereupon exercise jurisdiction under this Act in any such proceeding or appeal; or

(b)

withdraw any proceeding or appeal from such officer and himself hear and decide the same or transfer it for disposal to some other officer in the district empowered in this behalf by the Government.
